These terms apply to your use of conceptbase.online, published by City services s.r.o. They are short because the site does little: it publishes information, it carries disclosed advertising links, and it collects nothing.
1. The publisher
This website is operated by City services s.r.o., Děčínská 552/1, Střížkov, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, company number 22538739, VAT CZ22538739, contactable at info@conceptbase.online. Using the site means these terms apply to that use.
2. What the site is for
Concept Base publishes general information about free-to-play PC games for readers in Australia. It is informational only. It is not professional advice of any kind — not legal, financial, security or technical advice — and it is not a substitute for the terms, documentation or support of any game publisher. Decisions about whether to install, play or spend money on any game are yours.
3. Accuracy and change
The content is prepared carefully and reviewed against its sources, with the review date shown in the footer of each page. Even so, games change constantly: system requirements, platform support, shop contents, pricing and terms are all altered by publishers without notice, and information here may be out of date before it is reviewed again. Always check the vendor's own site for anything that matters to your decision. Where a page states that a fact is not known, that statement is not an invitation to assume the opposite.
4. Advertising links
The site carries paid links, disclosed as such next to each link and explained in full on the affiliate disclosure page. A commission is paid to the publisher by an advertising network when a reader registers an account after using such a link. This costs the reader nothing and changes nothing about the terms offered by the advertiser. Concept Base is not the vendor, is not an agent or reseller of the vendor, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher.
5. Third-party sites
Links to other websites, including government resources and advertisers, are provided because they are useful. Those sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, their privacy practices or anything you do on them, and a link is not an endorsement of everything a site contains.
6. Intellectual property
The text, layout, code and original graphics on this site belong to City services s.r.o. You may read, quote and link to them for personal or non-commercial purposes with attribution. Republishing substantial portions commercially requires written permission. Product names, logos and brands mentioned here belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify and describe those products.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, to gain unauthorised access to the server, to scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or to use the content to mislead anyone about who published it.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or by any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and permits us to do so, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee in relation to services is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided as it is, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here or from your dealings with any third party you reach through it.
9. Privacy
The site collects no personal information through the website and sets no cookies. What this means in detail is set out in the privacy policy and the cookie policy, which form part of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page, with its effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of mandatory consumer law in their own country of residence, including, for readers in Australia, rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
