Concept Base is not a game publisher, a reseller or a support channel, and it has no access to anyone's game account. Requests of the following kind cannot be actioned here and are better sent directly to the publisher of the game in question:

- Reports about another player's conduct.
Where a matter involves a scam, a compromised account or misuse of personal information, the Australian bodies listed in step seven are the right destination and will be more useful than we can be.
What happens to your email
An email sent to the address above is held in the publisher's mailbox and is used only to answer you. It is not added to any list, because there is no list, and it is not used for marketing. Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. The full position is set out in the privacy policy, including how to ask for access to or correction of what is held, and how to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are not satisfied with the response.
Response times
This is a small publication and replies are not instant. Expect several working days for most messages. Corrections are prioritised over other correspondence, because a wrong page is a problem for every reader who arrives at it, not only the person who noticed.
