Privacy Policy
This policy describes what happens to personal information in connection with conceptbase.online. The short version is that the website collects nothing: there is no form, no account, no newsletter, no analytics and no cookie. What remains is server logs kept by the hosting provider, and any email you choose to send us.

City services s.r.o. decides why and how any personal information described here is handled. It is the entity to contact about this policy, and it is the entity a regulator would deal with. This policy is written with reference to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, because the site is published for readers in Australia, and it also covers the position under European data protection law, because the company is established in the Czech Republic.
2. What is collected
Three categories, and no others.
2.1 Nothing through the website itself
There is no contact form, no search box, no sign-up, no comment facility, no quiz and no account on this site. No page asks you for your name, your email address, your telephone number or any other detail. No cookie is set by this site and no third party is permitted to set one through it. The site uses no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no fingerprinting and no analytics of any kind, and it loads no script, font or image from a third-party host. See the cookie policy for the detail.
2.2 Server logs kept by the hosting provider
Like any website, this one is delivered by a server, and the hosting provider records ordinary access logs. These contain the IP address of the requesting device, the user agent string sent by the browser, the URL requested, the date and time, the HTTP status code and the number of bytes served. They are generated automatically as part of delivering the page. An IP address can be personal information in some circumstances, which is why it is described here.
2.3 Anything you put in an email
If you write to info@conceptbase.online, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to put in the message. Nothing obliges you to send anything beyond what is needed to answer you.
3. Why, and on what basis

No personal information is used for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making or any form of marketing, and none is sold or rented to anyone. There is no basis listed for cookies or analytics because there are none.
4. How long it is kept
- Server logs: retained by the hosting provider for up to 90 days from the date of the request, then deleted or overwritten in the ordinary course of log rotation.
- Email correspondence: retained for up to 24 months from the last message in the exchange, then deleted. Where a message led to a correction on the site, a note of the correction is kept without the sender's contact details.
5. Who it is disclosed to
Only the hosting provider, which operates the server that delivers this site and which necessarily processes the access logs described above on our behalf. No analytics company, no advertising network, no font provider, no content delivery network and no social platform receives anything, because none of them is contacted by any page on this site.
The affiliate links on this site are ordinary links. Following one takes you to a third party's website, at which point that third party's own privacy policy applies to what happens there. We do not receive your identity from that process; the advertising network reports commissions to us in aggregate, without telling us who any reader is.
Cross-border disclosure. Under Australian Privacy Principle 8, we tell you when personal information may be disclosed to recipients outside Australia. It may. The publisher is established in the Czech Republic and the hosting infrastructure is located outside Australia, in Europe. Accordingly, server log information and email correspondence are held outside Australia and are handled under the laws applying in that location as well as under this policy.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the server is encrypted in transit. Administrative access to the server and to the mailbox is limited to the publisher and protected by unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where the provider supports it. Because the site collects nothing and stores no reader database, there is no repository of reader information to breach — which is the strongest protection available and the reason the site is built this way.
7. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. In practice that means the contents of any email you have sent us, since nothing else identifies you. Write to info@conceptbase.online and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the Australian privacy regulator, which publishes the Australian Privacy Principles and handles privacy complaints. The OAIC generally expects you to raise the matter with us first.
7.1 If European data protection law applies to you
Because City services s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, the General Data Protection Regulation applies to its processing. Where it does, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests. There is no consent to withdraw, because the site sets no cookies and relies on no consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
8. Data breaches
If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm to any individual whose personal information we hold, we will assess it and, where the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act requires it, notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as soon as practicable. Where European law applies, the corresponding notification obligations are met as well.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children, is intended for readers aged 16 and over, and collects no personal information from anyone, including children. If a child sends us an email, it is treated the same way as any other correspondence and deleted on request.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new effective date at the top. A change that affects how personal information is handled — for example, if any form or tracking were ever introduced — would be made here before the change went live on the site, not afterwards.
